- every Wednesday at 10:30 (in German)
- every Wednesday at 16:30 (in Slovene)
- every Saturday at 10:30
(Saturday public tours differ in theme; once a month the tour is held in German.)

Organised groups
For organised visits outside the regular schedule, prior booking is required.
The museum is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
